Our specialist customer services team provides ongoing support once your building is delivered. Our skilled advisers will ensure any necessary maintenance work is carried out promptly, and can arrange for your building to be extended, reconfigured or refurbished to meet your changing requirements. We can even relocate your building within its existing site if necessary, or move it to another site if you decide to change location.

Last year Portakabin carried out satisfaction surveys with 2,700 customers, with an average score of 9 out of 10.  In addition, since the launch of its innovative warranty package in January 2004, Portakabin have sold over 2,000 buildings and only 0.17% of customers have made a claim against the warranties*
