Six steps to great value

The quality of our buildings and service means that you get exceptional value – every time. To deliver unbeatable value to you, we ensure that:

1. Every new building made in our factory undergoes a strict three-phase checking procedure, from specification to factory, from factory to fitting out area and from fitting out area to despatch. Our zero-tolerance policy on defects means that no building can pass through one of these phases without adhering to our high quality standards.
   
   
2. Our buildings have independent British Board of Agrément certification, confirming that the structure will have a minimum life of 60 years. They also have Local Authority Building Control approval, which confirms they are compliant with the relevant Building Regulations and Building Standards.
   
   
3. All of our hire buildings are quality checked again, before they leave the Hire Centre and all have FREE electrical testing to BS 7671 standard.
   
   
4. Should there be anything at all that you are not satisfied with about your building, we commit to giving you a service response within 24 hours.
   
   
5. As a company, we have been independently assessed for quality and value for money by Zurich Municipal and the Office of Government Commerce (OGCbuying.solutions) and awarded approved supplier status by both organisations.
   
   
6. We do what we say – last year 99.6% of our buildings were delivered on time and on budget and should we, for whatever reason, fail to do this, then you will receive a week’s free hire for every day we are late.*
   

Timely quotations

Our Hire Centre staff will conduct a free site visit to fully assess your needs within 24 hours of your initial call. Following our visit, we will provide a quotation within 24 hours.
