Stylish new look Portakabin building is a site to behold

Portakabin, the UK's leading modular building supplier, has launched another stylish new model, further enhancing its unique Titan building range and marketing suites offering.

The latest addition to the Titan building family - the largest relocatable buildings in Europe - features a fully glazed wall and has been developed in response to customer demand for a building that provides a prestigious, light and spacious open plan environment, which can be easily relocated time and time again.

Available in 3 sizes - 36m², 45m² and 54m² - the building is easy to install and can be quickly moved from site to site as it is transported in one load, ready for immediate use. The internal layout can also be reconfigured whenever necessary to meet the requirements of individual developments, making it a completely flexible building solution.

In addition, as with all Portakabin buildings that are purchased, the new glazed Titan building is provided with the company's pioneering warranty package. This includes a 5-year product warranty and a 20-year structural warranty. The building has also been rigorously assessed and approved by the British Board of Agrément (BBA) to certify that it complies with relevant Building Regulations.

Andy Hume, Portakabin Business Development Manager for Construction, said, ‘More often than not the marketing suite is the first building to be put in place on a new site. They are crucial to the success of a project, as potential buyers have to be able to visualise how the development will look when completed.

‘Although we have constructed fully glazed eye-catching marketing suites from our Ultima building range in the past, we have recognised that not all developments require such large facilities. As a result, we have developed the glazed Titan building, which can be configured to meet any layout and easily moved from site to site when required.'

The new building makes excellent use of natural light due to the fully glazed panelling, providing a smart, spacious and airy environment for staff and customers. The exterior of the building is also modern and smart to reflect the high standards of the company it is representing.

Andy continued, ‘The new glazed Titan building is completely flexible, so as well as being able to easily move it from site to site, if the customer feels that the layout of the building needs changing to more closely reflect a new development it can quickly and easily be changed to meet their exact requirements.'

As with all Portakabin products, the glazed Titan building comes with the company's pioneering Customer Charter¹, which promises to deliver all projects on time and on budget.

If Portakabin ever fails to meet a contract start date, the customer will be entitled to an additional six months' product warranty².
